4 Regency House is a first floor apartment in a three storey Georgian House, situated in the town of Bakewell in the Peak District National Park . The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms & can sleep upto 5 people & 1 dog. It is newly refurbished with a large lounge & modern kitchen diner. Outside, has small patio area and a shared garden. It is suitable for families, couples or friends to relax and socialize in the picturesque town of Bakewell. A local parking permit is available for one car.

We now live just on the edge of the Peak District and have our lovely modern renovated apartment in Bakewell. We hope you love the place as much as we do. The apartment is central just a 2 minute walk into the historic town of Bakewell and 10 minute drive to Chatsworth. Easy access to the Peak District for walking. Parking permit included for one car, pay and display car parks are close by and on street parking 5 mins away. The flat is on a Bus route which connects the neighbouring towns and villages. As we are in the centre of a market town parking can be busy especially on weekends and during holidays.
