Self contained guest suite in large detached family home .
Guest accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to games room with pool table, with living /dining room and fully fitted seperate kitchen/utility room with w.c. also staircase leading to bedrooms .
Bedroom 1 consists of king size bed and ensuite bathroom .
Bedroom 2 consists of king size tv bed with seperate private bathroom.
Guests have their own private entrance and drive with parking for 2 cars plus outdoor patio seating area.
The hosts live on site in a separate wing of the house with its own private entrance.
Conveniently located self contained guest suite in the pretty village of Chilcompton Somerset within easy reach of the Roman city of Bath ,the Cathedral city of Wells and Cheddar Gorge ; also close to the village of Stratton on the Fosse where Downside Abbey and Downside School are located (walking distance via a public footpath 15-20 minutes).
Co-operative convenience food store within walking distance(5 minutes) ;also within walking distance 2 very good food pubs The Redan Inn and Somerset Wagon as well as the Holy Cow cafe.
