Our luxury barn conversion is nestled within a wooded valley in Cornwall sitting alongside a former water mill and the River Inny. We have a wood fired hot tub that we provide all the timber to light it and we even come and do the lighting for you every day ( at a time convenient to you). The hot tub sits within a covered area so the tub can be used during a rainy spell. We also provide a fire pit with swing out bbq arm - we provide the timber . Please note fire egress/exits from bedrooms and bathroom areas (albeit ground floor level) may not be suitable for those with serious mobility issues. A change to fire regulations in guest paying accommodation means we must exclude smoking and vaping inside the premises, the charging of such materials and the disposal of. We also exclude the charging of electric vehicles and e bikes.
