We are new to Guest House ownership and are here to make your stay an enjoyable one. We both enjoy chatting to and meeting new people. Karen enjoys walking our dog on the beach and doing dog agility. Paul enjoys his walks around the local nature reserves with his camera.

Property information

Bay Court is run by the new owners Paul and Karen Hawkins and is situated just 100 metres from Bridlington’s north beach. We are just a short walk along the seafront from the town centre, historic harbour, restaurants and attractions. The historic Old Town is nearby too. Bay Court is also a perfect base for enjoying picturesque country walks, strolling on long, sandy beaches, touring the countryside, or just relaxing in the fresh, clean, coastal air. We have six bedrooms, including our Premier Sea View room, along with a comfortable television lounge for our guests. Breakfast is included in the cost of your stay, vegetarian and vegan options are available. All rooms are equipped with televisions, and tea and coffee making facilities.

If you’re looking for a leisurely day out, how about visiting the elegant promenades of bright and breezy Bridlington? With its sandy beaches, award-winning promenades and historic harbour, this is a hidden seaside gem awash with kitsch traditional entertainment. Visit the funfair, amusements and donkey rides on the beach for a traditional British day out with seaside in spades! Also, whilst you're in this neck of the woods, why not go and explore Bridlington's wonderful Old Town.
