Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Beach Cottage is a beautiful natural stone beach front ground floor house with great sea views and just steps away from the shore. This is a lovely place to come and relax by the sea. As you approach the beautiful seafront Beach Cottage you are welcomed by its lovely open front garden inviting you to sit, relax and enjoy the sea views. Offering great views across the Firth of Forth and Edinburgh this truly is a special place to come and relax

Kinghorn is a beautiful spot and we are on the beachfront with fantastic sea views. There are local shops including a butchers, bakery, Co-op, Spar and tea shops. Nearby are other quaint villages and the East Neuk of Fife with its famous towns is an easy drive away.
Parking is available just by the cottage on the front by the sea. Alternatives are available and there is a car park really close by too. Train services are available to Edinburgh, Perth, Dundee and Aberdeen. The station is only 2 mins walk. Bus services are also available. The nearby town of Kirkcaldy has a main railway station and Bus station offering express services.
