Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Beach House offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. The property features city views and is less than 1 km from Eastbourne Pier and 3.5 km from Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park. The property is non-smoking and is set 300 metres from Eastbourne Beach.
