With four bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and an en-suite this property can accommodate up to 7 guests in comfort and style. The property has a total of four floors, the bedrooms are spread across the top two floors, with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom on the first floor and a further double bedroom, and single room on the top floor. Please note the last set of stairs are quite steep and unsuitable for the elderly or children under the age of 10 without supervision. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The living area is located on the ground floor and offers plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. The open-plan design includes a comfortable lounge with a chaise sofa, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen/diner is on the lower ground floor, where you can access the terrace. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun sets. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and fee on street parking. The property is located within easy reach of Gorleston's many attractions, including its beautiful beaches, lively bars and restaurants, and historic landmarks.
