The excellent Cider Barn restaurant is within walking distance, the renowned Stagg Inn is a short drive and the gastronomic Elizabethan town towns of Ludlow 25 minutes. There are numerous festivals throughout the year including the world famous literary Hay Festival, Ludlow Food Festival, Leominster Festival and Presteigne Music Festival. Play golf at Kington, England’s highest golf course with stunning views over mid Wales Wander around the beautiful Berrington Hall, a fine house created by Henry Holland. Explore Hampton Court gardens and maze or Croft Castle, home of the Croft family for nearly 1000 years with many stories to uncover.
