There are three comfortable bedrooms: a master zip-link super king (6’) with en-suite shower, Bedroom Two a king-size (5’) bedroom, and Bedroom Three a zip-link twin (2 x 3') room, the latter two sharing a family bathroom with bath/walk-in shower. This home also includes a utility room and underfloor heating throughout. French doors from the living room lead to the outside terrace and large open garden, with access straight into the surrounding countryside. Beaufort Barn is located in the small, sleepy village of West Burton deep in the South Downs National Park. A mile west in Bury there is a popular 16th Century pub, an excellent farm shop and walks along the River Arun. Five miles south is the historic town of Arundel, Petworth is seven miles north, and Amberley just to the east. The South Downs national park is right on your doorstep. Also nearby are many award-winning vineyards, Goodwood, Chichester and the Sussex coastline.

As our properties can be booked last-minute, we are unable to confirm early check-in or late check-out requests until 24-72 hours prior to your arrival/departure. Should you prefer to guarantee any such request now, please add an additional night to the start and/or end of your booking. - Search online and contact us direct for stays over 21 nights. - Pets: Not allowed. - Accessibility: Single-storey (ground floor) property. Two steps (15cm) over the front door threshold. One step (15cm) over the rear door threshold onto patio and garden. Low step (5cm) into each walk-in shower.
