Having launched Lower Mill Estate in The Cotswolds in 1999, the company went on to launch Silverlake, Dorset in 2011 and has a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, including Birchwood Estate in North Devon. The Estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family to thrive and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature. The Paxton family continues to run Habitat First Group to this day and the family touch can be felt in everything that we do.

This property is bright and airy with modern finishes and plenty of outside space. Situated at the top of Beaumont Village, you will be captivated by the views on offer. Three double bedrooms all have access to a balcony where you can steal a moment of peace. Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and kayaks, subject to availability. Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises.
