A top floor very bright and beautifully presented 2 bedroom serviced apartment in Grantham. Ideal for business travellers, holidaymakers and weekenders. The apartment has WiFI and a 50 inch Smart TV, a well equipped kitchen ,fresh clean linen and scheduled regular cleaning etc. It also has an allocated parking space. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with the main bedroom having two single beds and the 2nd bedroom having 1 single bed and 1 good quality fold out guest bed. The lounge also has 2 sofa beds.

Neighbourhood information

Burger King, KFC, Costa coffee and a large new Aldi are just a few minutes walk from the apartment and there is a pay per session state of the art gym located 200metres from the apartment.
