Gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment in 19th-Century former Rectory. Stylishly laid out with a separate kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower over, lounge and spacious bedroom with king-size bed and large walk-in wardrobe.
The property is ideally aimed at single people or couples, however the lounge has a sofa bed (size of a small double) so up to 4 people can be accommodated - although the sofa bed would be best for either children or a single adult.
Just a short walk to the historic centre of Penrith and its many restaurants, cafes & boutique shops. Easy drive into the stunning Lake District National Park.
Private External Entrance, Free parking, Close to train station.
Please note: The apartment is on two floors, with stairs leading up to the bedroom and bathroom - as an older character property built in 1860, these are a bit steeper than usual and with two turns. The apartment is not therefore suitable for those with mobility difficulties or young children.
