Please note this is a shared property where we, the hosts, also reside. Also living with us are our two lovely Yorkshire Terrier Dogs, Smiley and Bela. Lovely bungalow situated in quiet village. It has a large kitchen/dining room with sitting for 10+ people. Bedrooms are comfortable with King size, double and double beds. Bathroom has rain shower, 2 toilets and separate bath and is of a large size. Driveway is large and can accommodate many vehicles. There is a car port but that would be extra to park there. Rear garden has BBQ and furniture and is of a medium to large size. Garden is also fenced off all around. Kitchen has 5 x frnch doors that open to expand the area. Also a large patio area. There is no area where stairs are utilised.
We are both very relaxed and are animal lovers (dogs). Lina is Lithuanian by birth but speaks very good English and Fluent Russian. Clive is British but speaks conversational German. We like watching great movies, series and walking the dogs. We are great conversationalists if the guests wish to chat and we will go out of our way to ensure the guests requirements are met.
The location is very close to the Eagles Golf Course, in fact, we have a gate directly onto the course. We have no surrounding houses overlooking the rear garden and are surrounded by countryside. There is also 5-aside football and tennis courts within a 2 minute walk. Directly opposite us is Jamies Bar and Grill. Jamie is a fantastic cook and an extremely thoughtful and happy club owner. There are fantastic areas to walk. Kings Lynn is only 4 miles away and within 25 minutes drive are fantastic, sandy beaches. Train station is either Kings Lynn or a village location within 6 miles. Downham Market and Cambridge are only a couple of stops away and the trains run regularly.
