The flat is very unusual with a glass conservatory protruding out the front, where you can sit and read a book or enjoy a drink in the evening sunlight or perhaps get some work done on the little writers’ desk. The flat is furnished to a very high standard with everything you could need. It has a 4K smart TV, fibre WIFI, nespresso machine and an Echo with a smart display. On your first morning we will provide some basic breakfast necessities for you to enjoy throughout your stay. There are also dressing gowns, hairdryer and hotel soaps.
Please be aware if 4 of you are staying the only bathroom is an ensuite bathroom off the bedroom and the sofa-bed is located in the main living space.
Located on a quiet street of one of the most popular areas of Exeter, situated only 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Exeter. This flat, a converted Georgian townhouse, is only 7 minutes walk from St David’s station and 4 minutes from Exeter central Station.
A 5-minute walk could take you to Exeter’s famous Gandy Street, a cobbled street which is home to an eclectic array of independent shops, bars and restaurants. Additionally next door there is a strip of bars and restaurants on queen street in the guildhall. Princesshay shopping centre and Exeter cathedral are also just a short walk away.
