South Sands is on south street which is on the beach front, the location is so central and it is no exaggeration to say the beach is a stone throw. The bakery is literally round the corner with all the shops including the deli very close by. Easy walking distance to the Ship Inn or in the other direction the golf course with the pavilion cafe. The great retro beach cafe blue van is at the bottom of the street. There is on street parking on South street for cars but you could reach the property from the bus stop in Elie as it is only a few minutes walk from the bus stop.
