    Very convenient location for town. Parking space at rear was a big help. Decent size living space. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but it has all essentials. Bedroom faces the rear and is quiet.

Property information

A lovely raised ground floor flat in a listed building, located in the heart of Brighton. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and it’s situated in the North Laines so you are surronded by all the shops and restaurants you could possibly need! It’s very spacious, high ceilings and also has parking behind the building. The flat has been newly painted and decorated with new furniture and deeply cleaned. The double bed can be split into two singles upon request.
