The property is situated in the north of the city beside the sea. The surrounding areas include Trinity to the south, an affluent, leafy suburb heading towards the town centre. And to the east is the shore area with the Royal Yacht Britannia permanently berthed as an attraction 10 mins walk away. Then another 5 mins walk and your in the bustling Leith shore area with busy cafes, pubs and restaurants. Look North and it’s all sea and beautiful distant views of Fife on the far side of the Firth of Forth. Parking is easy there is plenty of room and it’s free too! There’s a bus service 5 mins walk from the apartment which will take you into town in about 20mins. You can also get a taxi into town in about 10-15 mins or if your feeling energetic, you can walk into the town in about 35-45 mins but it is gently uphill all the way !!
