Number Twelve is a sympathetically restored five bedroom, four bathroom self catering holiday home in the heart of Pwllheli and a short walk from the beach and harbour and with its own private hot tub.
Catering for up to 10 guests, it is a relaxing and cosy home from which to explore the beautiful landscape of the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia.
The hot tub is provided for the enjoyment of our guests, but is used at your own risk. The water is changed and chemicals balanced ahead of every stay which should be more than sufficient for a 7 day stay if the hot tub is used correctly. If the hot tub requires additional treatment during your stay, it can be arranged but the cost must be covered by the guests.
There is a curfew of 10.30pm on the use of the hot tub after which point the hot tub is out of bounds as the property is in a residential area.
