The living areas in this single-storey cottage consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, a king-size, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden, rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. You'll find a shop in 1.6 miles and a pub in 0.7 miles. Illogan is a small, former tin-mining village located 2 miles from the sea and the magnificent beach at Portreath. It is nestled among fields and open farmland just south of Camborne. Ten miles distant are the towns of St. Ives and Penzance, which feature restaurants, art galleries, and charming harbours. The beaches on the North and South Coasts may be reached in a matter of minutes by car.
