Binnaquoy a traditional Orkney house built pre 1900, family home recently renovated, with charming features along with modern conveniences. Bedroom 1 can be as a Superking bed or a Twin Beds Room with additional option of a small double Sofabed. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed. Separate Kitchen and Sitting Room. Bathroom has Shower over Bath. In it's quiet, private, elevated position above the Bay of Firth has stunning sea and hill views also overlooking the village of Finstown
Sisters who grew up in Binnaquoy have lovingly renovated Binnaquoy into a cosy family holiday home
Binnaquoy overlooks the Village of Finstown with local Shop, Post Office, Pub and Garage. Nice
central location to visit all areas of Orkney. Also only 10 minute drive from both larger towns of Kirkwall with the majestic St Magnus Cathredral and the picturesque Stromness. Close to historic sites like Maes Howe, Skara Brae, the Ring or Brodgar. Binnaquoy has stunning views all around, beautiful hillside location.
See Hen Harriers and listen to the Curlews, Oyster catchers, Geese etc. A haven for birds and other native wildlife. Perfect retreat for a peaceful relaxing stay.
