SNOWDROP COTTAGE OVERVIEW Snowdrop Cottage is a stylishly renovated home tucked at the foot of Codden Hill in the scenic village of Bishop’s Tawton, North Devon. Set beside the gentle River Taw, this peaceful retreat blends countryside charm with modern comforts. A short walk takes you to the Chichester Arms pub, while miles of riverside and hilltop walking trails begin from your doorstep. Ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to explore Devon’s coastline and countryside. LIVING AREA The light-filled upstairs living space includes an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Relax on the sofa with a flatscreen TV (Freeview), Bluetooth speaker, books and board games. A cosy electric fire keeps things warm in cooler months. KITCHEN The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, blender, cafetiere and kettle. A great space for preparing meals during your stay. BEDROOMS Three comfortable bedrooms with zip-link beds can be arranged as super king or twin (please confirm setup on booking). Each room features a 24” TV with Freeview. The ground floor bedroom includes underfloor heating for added comfort. BATHROOMS The upstairs shower room has a rainfall shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaving port. A downstairs WC also features underfloor heating and a second shaving port. Bath towels are provided. OUTDOORS Enjoy outdoor dining on the raised deck or relax in the sunny gravel courtyard. A covered hot tub is available for hire.
