Property information

Welcome to Boswell balcony apartment - this is a newly refurbished spacious 1st floor apartment which leads onto your own private balcony. The entire apartment is yours (no part of it is shared in any way). Check in is provided by use of a key box system - which you can access at any time to suit you. Free wifi runs throughout the entire apartment - using BTs optical cable to give you the fastest possible speeds. The lounge is spacious enabling you to relax and unwind - with 2 large sofas, a dining table, freeview tv and decorated to a high standard. Both bedrooms are newly decorated and furnished to a high standard - with matching linen, curtains mirrors, pictures and decorations giving them a luxury quality. The kitchen comes complete with all the appliances and utensils you'll need - including tea. coffee sugar etc should you wish to relax on arrival. The apartment is ideally situated being just over a mile from the town centre and Doncaster race course - both are a pleasant walk away. There are lots of restaurants and shopping facilities in the area too.
