A safe, clean space attached to our house but completely self contained with your own front entrance. This space has been been converted for 2021, and very light and modern. You will find storage space, a kitchenette/living space and bathroom and a shower. Furnished with modern furniture and a lovely comfortable day bed, which easily converts into a double bed. We hope you will enjoy your stay in this great location. with excellent access to central Brighton. Street parking is readily available.

Lovely quiet residential street, with sea views to the English Channel, and within a 5 minute walk to the beach front of Rottingdean. The beautiful South Downs can equally be accessed within a 10 minute walk from the property.
There is an abundance of free on street parking near to the property. Access to frequent (every 3-5 mins) buses into Brighton and Hove City centre are within a 2 minute walk from the property.
