A spacious barn conversion in a peaceful location just 10 miles from Bath city centre. Also handy for Longleat, Wells Cathedral and the Cheddar Gorge.. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player, Electric Woodburner, French Doors To Garden Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Large garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a /privatenatural water supply from a borehole/spring/well.. This lovely, spacious, detached barn set in its own large garden offers very well equipped and beautifully presented holiday accommodation on single level. In a peaceful rural location it is ideal for relaxation and touring alike, being just 10 miles from the Georgian Heritage City of Bath with its superb architecture of historic interest. Other local attractions include Longleat, Stourhead House and gardens (NT), Wells Cathedral, Cheddar Gorge and Chew Valley Lake. Excellent walking on Mendip Hills. Local golf and riding.
