Our traditional, countryside lakeside lodge is nestled between historic Worcester and the scenic Malvern Hills. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are ensuite with baths only and a shower room downstairs. This is a great property for the less mobile also as there is a single bedroom downstairs which has a shower room down the hall. The wood burner in the lounge is lovely on a winter evening and the patio area in the summer is fantastic for evening relaxation. You are assured of a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. We have wifi and the problems people have reviewed, have now been fixed - however, it is still a little glitchy at times. We have decided not to put TVs in the rooms as it would disturb others that like to have a peaceful night's rest without people's TVs being left on. However, there is a lounge with a firestick in the TV and now the Wifi is better, most people like to watch on their phones/devices in their rooms also We are within a short drive (15 min) to the 3 Counties Showground, Malvern and Worcester Theatres, and Six ways Rugby Stadium. We are a 5-10 minute drive from the motorway j7 m5 and from Worcester Parkway train station. If you are ordering taxis please contact me directly for a reliable and affordable local taxi service as the ones from Worcester will overcharge you. We have a wonderful pub 1 mile down the lane and they serve fabulous food towards the weekend only . See The Bear & Ragged staff website. We ask that you preorder breakfast on arrival as I try to get fresh, local produce where possible and it helps with efficiency. There is a photo of our menu in the gallery section.
