Whilst in a lovely rural spot Bridge Cottage is only 2½ miles away from the small market town of Lockerbie where you will find some delightful little shops and restaurants. The town has a train station with excellent links to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Carlisle where you can hop on and enjoy a day trip away.
