Your flatmate: A kind and friendly and very helpful lady tenant lives in the other bedroom, offering a warm and respectful atmosphere. When guests are around, she does not make use of the living room/dining area. Feel free to relax and watch movies. Location perks: Only a 3-minute walk to Chatham train station, making your travels easy and convenient. 5-6 minute walk to the high street and shopping malls. There is a private Parking which is free, which means there's no extra cost.
