TLC Stay is a small local business run by two families. Our mission is to approach everything we do in a kind and caring way to give our guests, properties, partners and the planet the Tender Loving Care deserved. We provide comfortable, stylish and affordable spaces for people to stay. Whether you choose to stay for just a couple of nights or longer we equip all our spaces with everything you need to feel like home. So if your traveling for business, pleasure, adventure, alone, with colleagues or family and friends we like to think we've got everything covered for your needs. At TLC Stay we strive to make sure all our spaces are respectful to the local area and sustainable and kind to the planet. We use environmentally friendly and energy efficient products and refill cleaning materials to try and reduce packaging waste and harm to the planet. We also often up-cycle art and decoration items which we find our guests love as it also creates a unique and snazzy look.

This welcoming 3 bedroom Townhouse is easy to get to being near to the M6, M65 & M55 and also just 5 minutes drive from the city centre and train station. It's on a peaceful, friendly road with plenty of free street parking. Step into a welcoming hallway, with the wifi code at the ready. Kick off your shoes and relax in the cosy modern living room with a dining area and stream your favourite show on the 43" smart TV. The modern kitchen has everything you might need to cook up your favourites or enjoy a local take away, the kitchen leads onto a private and secure patio / back yard. Upstairs is a spacious 3 piece modern bathroom with walk-in power shower to freshen up. There is also a cosy office with a desk and comfy armchair. The house offers three stylish generous size bedrooms with comfy double beds, for a good nights rest. You're near to Preston Docklands & Marina, as well as the main shopping district, with 3 shopping centres, countless bars, restaurants, eateries and attractions. 4 mins from the University, 5 mins from BAE, 10 mins from the hospital and Budweiser brewery. You can also get to Blackpool & Lytham in 30 mins, the Lake district in 40 mins and Manchester or Liverpool in 50 mins. Not to forget plenty of nearby local conveniences, pubs, and decent take-aways. Located on the outskirts of Preston centre, just 5-6 minutes away, gives the benefit of being close enough to the city but not right in the hustle and bustle. It's a calm, friendly road with plenty of street parking available in front of the house. Nearby is a good choice of take-aways, a local convenience shop and local pubs. You're also within easy reach to the Docklands, University, Hospital, BAE Systems, Retail parks, Preston North End FC, & the M6 /M65 Motorways.
