You may spend your week just exploring the stunning mountain and coastal scenery, or take a drive to Cockermouth only 15 minutes away by car, where you can meander through the streets perhaps visiting William Wordsworth’s birthplace. Cockermouth is also home to Jennings Brewery, where a tour explains the various processes involved in brewing traditional beer.
