Property information

Ideal for professional groups working in the city or groups of friends visiting or attending a conference and also for medium size families. This 5 Bed house (sleeps 6) is located conveniently in B19 (right outside the clean air zone) with easy access to Jewellery Quarter (0.8miles), only 0.6 miles away from the Aston University and from M6 going towards Birmingham Airport/NEC. Plenty on street and communal parking is available nearby, bus stops for buses to city centre are just 3 minutes away and ALDI supermarket is just a short 5 minutes walk.

Neighbourhood information

We have prepared this house to make you feel at home while you're in Birmingham for either work or leisure. There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and a single bedroom to host a maximum of 6 guest. Important to note:- There is no separate sitting or dining room, as we have a large kitchen where we have added a large breakfast bar along with a 3 seater sofa and a chair and enough bar stools to go with the breakfast bar for 6 people to sit, talk, eat and drink. This is a residential quiet area, where most neighbours know each other so please make sure to say "Hello" when you meet them. There are plenty shops within 5 to 7 minutes walk. The best way is on foot or by bus. The bus stop with quick access to the city centre is only 2min walk away. There is a also tram stop nearby- St. Pauls, which is approx. 14min walk (0.7 miles)
