Bucket Lock Cottage is a fully self contained two-bedroom property with fully functioning kitchen, a family bathroom and triple aspect lounge area with TV and free WiFi. You have use of a private garden, with picnic table, backing onto a small stream.
Bucket Lock Cottage is situated on the Stratford Canal - at Lock 34. Canal boats pass through the lock just outside the property! Two pubs are within a 20-25 minute walk along the canal towpath.
Please note that the property is accessed via outdoor steps (approx. 10 steps).
There are also steps between the kitchen and the lounge/bedrooms.
Paul and Sandy and their 3 children live in the adjoining main residence. They have a dog called April and a cat called Tickle.
They have lived in the house since 2014 and set up the holiday rental in June 2018.
Yarningale Common is set in the delightful Warwickshire countryside around Claverdon, Henley-in-Arden, Preston Bagot and Lowsonford. The market town of Warwick is 5 miles away (15 minute drive) and the popular tourist attractions in Stratford-upon-Avon are similarly located 5 miles away. The bigger town of Leamington Spa is within a 20 minute drive.
Our nearest train station serving London, Stratford and Leamington Spa is at Hatton. Warwick Parkway is our nearest mainline station.
Birmingham airport is a 25 minute drive from the property.
The nearest junction to the M40 motorway is 10-12 minutes away by car.
