Modern apartment with stunning views near the Pavilion Gardens and Opera House. 3rd floor with no lift so a few stairs to climb. The flat is beautifully presented and self contained, it is located in an old sandstone building, with 9 flats in total. Parking is on the market place directly on your doorstep, this you need to pay for. Hartington Road down past Sainsbury's to the bottom and turn left is free parking all day and night, this is a 5 min walk. Do not park on the right as a permit is required.
