Enter at ground level to three inviting bedrooms: two doubles and one King, each with its own TV. Two of the rooms open directly onto a pretty courtyard—perfect for morning coffee. This floor also has a contemporary shower room with built-in Bluetooth speaker, plus a separate WC upstairs. Head up the stairs to a bright kitchen–diner equipped with everything you need, including a large hob and oven and an additional TV. The comfy lounge features two generous sofas facing a log burner, a flat-screen TV, and doors out to the patio where a six-seater hot tub and outdoor shower await—both positioned to make the most of those stunning Caldey Island views. Stylish sofas on the balcony offer another relaxing spot to unwind. Parking is available for one car immediately outside, with an additional free small car park just up the road. Please note: the lane up to the property is uneven and narrow. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome.
