These modern chalets are on an independent site that has its facilities and within a short stroll to the unspoiled sandy beach, close to the premier seaside resort of Great Yarmouth & the tranquil Norfolk Broads With our guests' comfort in mind, these chalets had undergone a full renovation. Decorated and furnished with modern clean lines and practicability makes an ideal holiday home for families and couples alike We currently have 20-holiday homes, some close to one another, on the independent site of California Sands and Sunbeach Holiday Village, making them ideal for a larger group of family or friends The site enjoys its own facilities including pool, club, shop, launderette, cafe, takeaway and amusements. All amenities are privately run we cannot be held responsible for the opening times of these facilities The tranquil Norfolk Broads are within a 15-minute drive & premier seaside resort of Great Yarmouth a 10-minute drive; making an ideal base to explore the area We allow 1 small/medium-sized dog (except XL Bully dogs and any other UK government-banned breed of dogs) FOC in our PET-FRIENDLY chalets. Nestled between the villages of Scratby and California our modern exclusive chalets give you the freedom to enjoy miles of golden sandy beaches on the Norfolk Coast and the perfect base to enjoy exploring the tranquil Norfolk Broads or the many cycling and dog walking trails. A clean, unspoiled sandy beach awaits you within a five-minute walk and there are so many attractions in the area that you will want to come back and again. From the Nature Reserve at Martham Broad, Ormesby Broad Ormesby Broad, Rollesby Broad and Filby Broad offer beautiful views of both the landscape and the local wildlife. Motor boats aren’t allowed on these broads so heightening a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. There are opportunities to hire a boat and fish. A little further and you will find the larger Broads again with picturesque scenery and where you can hire a motorboat or take advantage of the excursion boats.. Not to be missed is Horsey Gap where you will find a colony of seals; the Seal warden is always happy to share his knowledge of these wonderful creatures. Plus much much more including museums, wildlife parks and gardens, miniature railway and miniature village.
