«I've stayed a number of times and it's quiet location, close enough to Rugby for my needs and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of cold breakfast options and the cooked breakfast it always good. Next to canal if you fancy a walk.»

I love meeting people and providing a good service and will always act on any feedback I am offered so please dont be shy, tell me what I can improve on. I have spent many years living beside a canal, since my childhood and enjoy being part of the boating and rambling communities. I love meeting new people and am excited to be able to show off this lovely house to all my lovely customers. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I enjoy living here.

The property is located on the side of the Grand Union Canal with views over fields and over the canalside depending which room is allocated. Lovely walks along the canal and into the village. The garden and and canal side are lovely for evenings to sit and watch the boats go by. There is a separate garden room to chat with other guests, or simply sit and read. A large dining room with free tea coffee and biscuits or just use the same facilities in your room if you prefer. There is a large shared bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet for visitors use. We have a private parking area to the side of the house where you can park at your own discretion. It can fit quite a few cars or large vans and is off road. Beautiful house and very quiet. Breakfast, full English and continental, can be taken at anytime and there is all day tea and coffee with biscuits in the dining room. We look forward to your visit, .

Lovely little villages nearby offer a range of food and evening events. There is the Knightley Arms in Yelvertoft within walking distance from the B and B and there are 3 pubs, The Wheatsheaf being a lovely restaurant and pub, a couple of miles away at Crick for evening meals. The Pichley in West Haddon is within driving distance too, which has a lovely restaurant. If you prefer we can book food delivery for Indian Pizza and Kebab from local businesses, just ask on arrival.
