Welcome to the The Foremans Residence. This newly refurbished unique building was the foremans home for the old aution mart. A spacious 2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of the city, just minutes away from all the local bars, shops, restaurants and night life. The Foremans Residence is over 2 floors and features 2 King Size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Parking overnight is free from 6pm and just a minute away, day time is pay and display.
Hi. I'm a dad of 4 young children. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years in various guises, from hotels to entertainment. I'm an engineer by trade and love anything old and mechanical.
Right in the city centre, but off the main street. You could not be closer to city life, but you can also relax in comfort. The street is mixed use, with a florists and hairdressers, plus residential properties. Opposite is an Italian restaurant and on the main street there are a variety of hotels and eateries.
The location is perfect for public transport in and out of the city. Everything you need for your stay is only a short walk away.
