A recently refurbished Grade II listed one bedroom cottage situated close to Minehead town centre availability for a relaxing stay. The cottage has recently undergone a refurbishment following our purchase in January. The cottage is super quirky with not one single straight wall, wood beams, old tile flooring, single glazed windows, emerald bathroom and sage kitchen. It is a super cosy cottage perfect to relax and enjoy some time away! *Unfortunately no pets A small quirky cottage at the top of Minehead town centre. Minehead is a wonderful seaside town which the cottage is only a 2 minute walk to the town and around 10 to the beach. Bustling seaside town on the edge of Exmoor. We have the West Somerset Railway and Minehead is also well know for its Mountain bike trails! Main open plan living room/kitchen area. *Note there is a small step up to the kitchen and a couple of curving corner stairs which means limited foot space. Upstairs leads to master bedroom and bathroom. - Smart TV (Accounts required) - Sofa bed (*NOTE sofa bed linen is only left at the property when more than 2 guests have booked to save space. If you are a 2 guest booking but require the use of the sofa bed please do let me know beforehand so I can ensure it is at the property for you) - Games & Book cupboard - Dining table and chairs (needs to be moved to middle of room) - Bed linen included - Towels provided - Essentials provided (Washing up liquid, washing up sponges, tea, coffee, sugar, body wash)

Hi I’m Sarah and I’m from Somerset. I host our quirky little cottage that we completed and renovated in January 2023. We live close by so are on hand if needed :)

Road noise commensurate with a outer town location. Parking - The cottage location is right on a single yellow line. This means parking outside or opposite as most residents do is absolutely fine from 6pm to 8am Mon-Fri or all day Sunday. There is however ample parking spaces with no restrictions just further up the road or on the nearby side street.
