This stylish, modern 3 floor townhouse is located beside Warwick Station with 2 private secure parking spaces. It offers an open plan ground floor kitchen/living area and garden, with a further lounge and en-suite double bedroom on the 1st floor, and large king-size bedroom, family bathroom and further bedroom with 2 single beds on the top floor.
Warwick is a quintessential English market town with its beautiful castle, churches, parks, racecourse and many pubs, restaurants and shops.
I have managed commercial property for over 20 years but recently decided to move into holiday rentals. I live nearby and can be contacted for any issues you may have during your stay.
