You will be very close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place just off the high-street in Lincoln - everything you need is within a stone’s throw without the feeling of being congested. The quiet close and private garden takes you away from the city feel whilst being bang in the centre! A large private garden creates the ideal atmosphere for relaxing and entertaining in your own space after work. With professionals and families in mind featuring - digital keyless entry and check in, Wifi, Netflix, Wall TVs, Allocated Parking - the property has recently been refitted to a high standard. Would suit long stays - we have created a home away from home feel with all conveniences.

We are a friendly, local professional couple who work hard to ensure that we provide a hassle free, safe and comfortable experience to all guests. We pride ourselves in providing a high quality and value for money experience.

A quiet city centre close of 20 new houses with access directly to the High Street and all amenities. The train station is a 5 minute walk - taxis are not necessary, you will find the Brayford Waterfront with all shops within a max of 5 minutes. Cafe Nero is 2 minutes away as well as an International Supermarket and Tesco Express. You will have a safe - dedicated and allocated parking space outside of the house this is FREE and not paid for. You do not need a taxi to get around as everything is within walking distance you are literally off the High Street.
