Conveniently situated, Charde Guest House offers comfortable, no frills but excellent value accommodation in a welcoming environment, a short distance from Birmingham International Airport/NEC (3.1 miles) Birmingham Town centre is also a short distance away (8.5 miles) with a bus stop right on our doorstop as well as Lea Hall Train station (0.8 miles), a comfortable 15 min walk away.
All our rooms are comfortably furnished, with satellite TV majority of rooms with ensuite facilities. There are also a hairdryer and ironing facilities available.
An inclusive continental breakfast is available downstairs in the breakfast area where you are free to serve yourself to tea and coffee 24/7 for all guests (unfortunately we do not offer this facility in your room but we are happy for you to take drinks back to your room) - There are facilities to heat food as well as refrigeration - there are also a number of restaurants/takeaways in the surrounding area. There is also a major supermarket right across the road.

Kitts Green is an area of Birmingham, England, approximately 5 miles east of the city centre and on the borders of Lea Village, Lea Hall, Garrets Green. Kitts Green starts on the Kitts Green Road at the junction of Yokleton Road and heads down as far as the junction with Giles Road and Mackadown Lane, spanning along from the Meadway and through to Tile Cross. Kitts Green is not to be confused with Lea Village which runs down from the railway bridge at Lea Hall along the Lea Village Road down through the village towards Gressel Lane. Kitts Green dates back to when it was first mentioned in 1495 whereas Lea Village is first documented in 1275.
Kitts Green's main local attractions are McDonald's at the top of the Meadway, Lidl, BJ's Bingo, Darlaston Builders Merchants and the shopping area at The Mackadown shops.
