Resting in the heart of the quiet village of Tiptree in the charming borough of Colchester, is this fantastic four-bedroom, detached holiday home, Wilkin Place. Both spacious and contemporary, this home is idyllic for a family of eight seeking an escape to the Essex countryside. A superb location for exploring the wonderful Essex and Suffolk countryside. Tiptree is well-known for its production of jam so be sure to tour around the unique Jam Museum and a visit to the delicious Tiptree Tea Rooms. Local attractions include: Colchester Zoo, Colchester Castle and Park; Maldon Promenade, the coast of Mersea Island; and the constable countryside of Flatford and Dedham. Please note no parties or loud noise accepted and hot tub cut off 9pm.
