* Newly refurbished stylish apartment * Charming and quirky * 2 minutes walk to Brighton Station * Located in the heart of the boho North Laine area * Walking distance to everything The space My charming apartment has been newly renovated and furnished in fresh white with quirky accents. It’s in the centre of the popular North Laine area and perfect for up to five guests. There’s an open plan living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle. There’s a double sofa bed in the living room and a sheltered outdoor patio with seating. It is a stylish apartment, over two floors of a victorian building, located in the heart of everything which Brighton has to offer. Brighton Station, with direct trains to London and Gatwick airport is a one minute walk away. Coming in through the front door, brings you into the living/dining room which has a comfortable corner sofa bed with chaise, opposite the smart TV. The extendable dining table with six white wooden chairs is the perfect space to relax with a morning coffee and plan your day. There’s a well equipped kitchen. Here you will have use of an electric oven and gas hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave and washer-dryer. There will be some complimentary tea/coffee in my apartment. I hope this will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! If you wish to purchase more supplies for your stay there are many local supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. The fun and stylish master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and colour changing bedside lights. The peaceful twin second bedroom has two single beds and quirky bedside tables. The newly fitted family bathroom is a lovely room which consists of a bath, separate walk-in shower cubicle, basin and WC. We provide fresh white bedding and towels as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
The North Laine area is a fabulous, famous area, next to Brighton Station, renowned for its quirky boutique shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and nightlife. The Lanes are also close by and are great for a stroll around the many jewellery and antique shops. The Brighton Pavilion, the pier and the sea are all within 10 minutes walk. Public Transport Brighton central railway station is with 200 meters North of this property Regular buses run from Queens Road outside the railway station which is a 1 minute walk. Parking There are many 24hr car parks nearby on North Road, Whitecross Street and Blackman Street For on street parking in Brighton it's best to download the PaybyPhone app.
