Please note that we don't accept to store the bikes in the apartment due to lack of space. Strictly no parting policy ! Breach of that rule will lead to immediate termination of contract (accommodating) with no money return. Visitors are only allowed by earlier host permission.
Our apartment is home away from home. For your convenience, it is self check in service, and the keys are in the safety key box. However, if you need any help or advice, we are more than happy to answer it. The apartment is on the first floor, so there are not too many stairs to fly. It is located within 15 minutes walk to city centre or train station, perfect for visiting the city most famous sites and attraction. There is free parking on Millburn Road with the permit provided. There is one bedroom with super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a sitting room/ dining area with two sitter sofa bed ( good for kids or single adult), perfect for family trip. There is a very fast broadband, ideal for work. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk,open till 22.00 each day except Sunday-till 20.00.
Cov-19 related cancellation : In the event of a lockdown situation in UK /travel restrictions and you are unable to travel or we can not host/then all payments will be refunded or dates transferred. Unfortunately, this does not cover cov-19 related illnesses or disinclination to travel. We would recommend that insurance is taken out for your trip.
