The cottage is a short walk from Conwy Castle and the walled town, it is a Unesco World Heritage Site and all the other amenities Conwy offers, Bars, Restaurant, the Quay, the Marina. Ideal location for getting around Snowdonia, the mountains, beaches, lakes, Surf Snowdonia. Great location for walkers, cyclists, climbers, horse riders.
The property has a a ground floor lounge, coal effect fire, 43" Smart TV, Wifi, fully equipt Kitchen area, Shower room. Secure back yard area, which overlooks a stream where otters have been spotted. Upstairs bedroom with King size bed and a dressing room.
Parking opposite the cottage and a free carpark at the rear of the property. There are 3 steps up to the property and 2 steps down into the back yard.
I am local to Conwy and the area, I live not far from the cottage, should guests need assistance or advice please do not hesitate to contact me.
Close to the cottage you have the facility of a Corner Shop, Fish and Chip Shop, Hair Dressers, Doctors Surgery and a Recreation Field.
