A charming and stylish studio apartment, nestled in the heart of St Just, West Cornwalls most vibrant town. Bank Square is a recently converted ground floor flat which provides the ideal base for your Cornwall adventures. At the front is a spacious open plan living area with small well equipped kitchen, there is a bathroom with shower, basin and WC and a cosy bedroom at the back. Bank Square is designed to accommodate two people, offering a cosy and inviting atmosphere throughout. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a tastefully decorated living space that exudes warmth and comfort. Right opposite the property is the “Plen” a “‘playing place’ which is one of the few surviving examples of a medieval open air theatre in Cornwall. It is a circular outdoor space used for plays, sports, and public events and a perfect place to sip a sun-downer after a days activities. There is no allocated parking for this property but there is a large long stay car park nearby and 6 short stay spaces opposite the front door (fine to park here overnight). There are also many residential streets in the area where on-street parking is available. Whether you seek a romantic getaway, an activity packed holiday or a tranquil solo retreat with the dog, Bank Square provides a haven of relaxation and comfort. St Just is the largest town in the Far West of Cornwall; it is an ancient market town rich in history and charm. You will find an array of independent shops, wonderful cafes, pubs and a small supermarket all on your doorstep. There are several local attractions within a short distance, Geevor Tin Mine and the historic St-Just-in-Penwith parish Church. Further afield you will find glorious sandy beaches, famous Sennen Beach is just a 15 minute drive, historic attractions such as the Iconic Minack Theatre and the stunning beauty of Lands End and the start of the dramatic North Coast. Penzance is a 15 minute drive and St Ives 30 minutes (travel via the incredible coastal road from St Just to St Ives, it has to be one of the most picturesque roads in the World!)
