The property is a fully detached bungalow style log cabin with underfloor heating and air conditioning made out of 56mm Scandinavian Pine. There is an open plan mezzanine bedroom and an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The total ground floor area is 76sqm. The floor is tiled with underfloor heating and a low temperature far infra red sauna.
In 2018 I stopped working full time and I am now almost retired I guess! I enjoy travelling and meeting new people. I take great pleasure in making sure that my guests are comfortable and happy.
Gresley Cabin lays in the grounds of Gresley House and is a completely detached Log Cabin with underfloor heating and air conditioning. Gresley House is in the village of Longstanton (Northstowe) and is a "retired" train station. The old railway line is now a guided busway for express access into Cambridge City Centre and our neighbour is the Northdtowe Tap and Social club offering food and amazing beer! The Guided Busway route into Cambridge is also a Bridle Way for horses as well as for fit cyclists commuting for work in the heart of Cambridge. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes by foot at the Longstanton Park and Ride where there is also access to a number of fast EV chargers.
