Property information

We are a award winning vegetarian/ vegan boutique guest house with a art gallery on site and art and print making studio that guests can visit ....there is often art work being prepared ......there are original 1820 features on site but there is a contemporary feel to the house as well......we have luxury bedding with Egyptian cotton sheets..luxury towelling and toiletries.... each room has tea / coffee making facilities and biscuits and a flat screen Tv ...... look out for art work shops or commission a workshop for your self and your party ........ parking..... we are allowed one parking permit per room . I will buy the permit for you..

Neighbourhood information

Situated on the edge of the beautiful Pittville Park and walking distance to the world famous pump room.... .the famous pittville gates are just across from our front door. There are very well stocked local shops across the road too as well as a local pub and a wine bar !!! The town centre is a short walk.... yet it is so quiet here !
