I'm Kelly, and Haile Sands is my family-run business providing short term serviced accommodation in my own properties, for holiday and corporate travellers. I've a particular passion for midcentury design and retro styling, I also own another business running alongside this - Easterly, an online store selling vintage furniture, art and homewares. I'm never far away if needed and always contactable during your stay.

Property information

This Victorian seafront property is a traditional 3 storey terrace, with a shop front (my own vintage business and coffee shop will be opening here March 2023), and accommodation in 4 units on three floors. Directly across the road are the beautiful Pier Gardens, four miles of promenade and the expansive beaches of the mouth of the Humber Estuary. It is situated centrally for the lovely shops, bars and restaurants of the High St and Seaview St areas, with all Cleethorpes has to offer within easy walking distance.

Neighbourhood information

Whether your stay in Cleethorpes is for work or pleasure, from this location you can make the most of the whole area. I’m happy to share my opinions on places to eat, drink and be merry (there are so many great options recently!) As a base for work, this property is around half an hour from the Port of Immingham and the Humber Bank industries, and 15 minutes drive from Grimsby Docks. This is a 5 minute walk from the train station, and is on a bus route, with stops right outside. Everything Cleethorpes has to offer is within easy walking distance from here, and if you wanted to bring bikes the back garden and shed provide secure storage.
