Escape to the seaside to a beautiful holiday home within very short walking distance of Goodrington Sands beach. Our property provides very comfortable accommodation for groups of up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, including one downstairs bedroom with en-suite. We have an indoor hot tub, an open plan kitchen with opening up outside to decking. We have outside seating, a BBQ and chiminea area. We accept two well behaved dogs! We have four car park spaces available. Out of season prices negotiable.

Only a 2 minute walk to the stunning Goodrington Sands beach; which includes a water park, food outlets, and shops. The local pub, grocery store and takeaway Chinese, fish’n’chips and Indian are also just a 2 minute walk away. The historic railway line is between the house and beach, where steam locomotives can be seen during the day from the bridge. Beautiful walks along the South West Coast path are accessible less than 250m from the house. Local bus route to Torquay and Brixham two minute walk away. Steam railway to Dartmouth/Paignton also nearby, which can be made into a round trip with the River boat/Paddle Steamer from Dartmouth to Totnes, and then back to Goodrington on the bus.
