We have sourced hotel quality beds and bedding and high quality fixtures and furnishings to give you a comfortable and enjoyable experience. 1 allocated parking space is available directly outside the property. The house is situated just a short walk into the centre but has the benefits of being in a quiet but popular residential area with riverside views. As this is a quiet residential development we respect our neighbours and the house is ideally suited to families or tourists to York, rather than anyone wanting to use it as a base for late nights out in York. If unsure please ask. We welcome children however please be aware that the house has not been child proofed, so there are no socket covers or stair gates. Sorry but we cant accept bookings from stags hen parties and we cannot host events or parties of any kind. Please note: Parking is not allowed on the development for commercial vans, vans, caravans or motorhomes.

Hi I have lived in York for 17 years now, ever since I got married and now live with my husband and two children, our son aged 15 and our daughter aged 14. We also have a 5 year old pug who we love taking out for walks. I have travelled extensively around the world through my previous job but absolutely love living and working in York. The property is located on a quiet residential development. Its proximity to the city centre with its many attractions as well as The Barbican make it attractive to both residents and tourists. It sits on good bus routes to take you out of York or to the Designer Outlet.
